Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality at every stage of production as per approved specifications and buyer requirements.
• Supervise greige inspection, mid-process inspection and laboratory testing.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC and other departments to ensure adherence to approved processes.
• Guide the team in technical troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues of weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing processes.
• Lead and manage the Product Development, Greige Inspection, Mid-Process Inspection and Quality Assurance teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards .
• Minimize fabric waste, quality rejections and rework.
• Monitor quality-related costs and drive cost optimization.
