Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Technical Services Manager to lead our QA/TS team in Boisar. The role ensures products and technical services meet the highest industry standards while driving continuous improvement across production, engineering, and procurement.

You will establish and maintain QMS/EMS/OSHAS, conduct audits, drive root-cause analysis, and mentor QA staff.

Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA & TS Manager, to lead our quality assurance / technical services team. The incumbent will be ensuring that our products / technical services meet the highest industry standards to drive continuous improvements besides working closely with all stake holders

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the QA team in the development, implementation, and execution of quality assurance processes and strategies. Developing and enforcing quality standards and procedures, ensuring all team members follow them Establishing and maintaining a strong communication channel with other departments to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the production process. Monitoring and analysing key quality metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. Management Representative - Establishing and Maintaining QMS/EMS/OSHAS. Overseeing the planning and execution of Systems audit, customer audits, Product Development: -Working closely with purchase, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the new products / new processes Vendor development / vendor evaluation and vendor audits Control of Out-sourced product quality Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including reports, and defect tracking records. Providing leadership, training, and development opportunities to QA staA to enhance team skills and performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Demonstrable experience as a QA Manager, with 15+ years in quality assurance (QA) and at least 5 years in a management position in one or more following industries Yarn to fabric conversion of Technical Textiles / Industrial Textiles/ Tire cord / Rubber reinforcing textiles and cords like chafer fabric conveyor belt fabrics, v-belt cords, liner fabrics greige fabric finishing processes like heat-setting, RFL dipping, PVC / PU coating, laminating, In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks and Quality Management Systems / EMS ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS/ IATF 16949 system/ Computer knowledge - Data Management Experience in use of Excel or Minitab for calculating / Interpretation of Test data / results Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Proven experience managing QA teams, including training, performance management, and team development.
