Aufgaben

• Manage the development of technical synthetic fabrics with knowledge of fabric testing requirements and import sources for new developments.
• Maintain and update MLM and critical paths with accurate fabric data for on-time buy-ready process.
• Coordinate and obtain testing approvals at combo-wise and PD levels ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• Work with Adidas LO, Internal Marketing, and Bulk Teams to coordinate fabric development and adoption process.
• Troubleshoot fabric testing failures and resolve quality issues during development to prevent delays in bulk production.
• Own the brand calendar from offering required fabric quality to final quality adoption.
• Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders and drive fabric developments per agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, development timelines, and brand requirements.
• Identify fabric quality or testing concerns early and implement corrective actions for smooth development and production.
• Exposure to or experience in sportswear fabric qualities is advantageous.
