Mainfreight India, headquartered in Mumbai, is seeking a Manager – Talent & Organisational Development to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation support, and HR operations while partnering with business leaders to meet organizational objectives.

In line with our continuous growth strategy, Mainfreight has recently established its Indian operation via first branch opening in Mumbai as India HQ in the year 2023 and further expanded its operations in Chennai and Delhi. We operate in 3 location and supported by 35 team Members in India.
To support our business expansion, we are currently seeking a qualified professionals for the position of Manager – Talent & Organisational development . Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Asst Manager – Talent and Organisational Development.
As a LEAD HR for India, the role will be driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. The role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation support, statutory compliance, HR operations, Training & Development and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
Someone who has good knowledge of freight forwarding business for Air or Ocean Freight.
Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree or MBA/PGDM in HR field. Knowledge of Keka system (HRMS) will be added advantage / if not the candidate should be adaptable or have solid work experience of working other related platforms.
Desired experience – Manager around 7-10 years as HR Generalist or HRBP. Candidates with lesser experience will be consider as Asst Manager position.
Required Language(s): English and local languages preferred but not mandatory.
