Job description

As a Team Manager - Talent and Training Services with Business Support Service Line at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC), you will be responsible for leading and improving Training and Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring seamless transitions, and fostering stakeholder engagement also considering successful delivery. They will work closely with our customers and regular Talent Acquisition Leads, Business Partners, Internal Support team for various activities linked towards achieving organizational goals.

This position will require extensive knowledge of training and talent acquisition services, Logistics business and Team managing experience.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

• Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Build and Lead High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of talented recruiters to ensure efficient and effective execution of recruitment processes.
• Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Manage Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
• Measure and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and support a team of trainers responsible for delivering product and certified training programs.
• Ensure training content remains updated, accurate, and aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Support with coordinate training sessions to ensure consistent and timely delivery and Target training hours for CIF trainings.
• Monitor trainer performance and drive continuous improvement in facilitation quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and L&D teams to create or enhance training modules.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
• Set team goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry’s best practices and incorporate relevant techniques and technologies.
• Work closely with various departments to understand training requirements .
• Ensure all reporting processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
• Strong proficiency in reporting tools and ATS (Application Tracking Systems)
• Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
• Knowledge on visualization Tools
• Proficiency with handling global reporting with DHL's customers
• Strong analytical Skills
• Knowledge of talent acquisition industry-specific reporting requirements and regulations.
