Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Air & Sea Import/Export shipments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Handle sales and marketing activities for freight forwarding services.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients for business development and customer retention.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
