Job summary

Famyshine in Mumbai is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to own end-to-end hiring for designated openings, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a diverse and capable team.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years in headhunting, strong sourcing across portals and social platforms, and a proven track record in FMCG or non-IT startups, with adaptability to promoter-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of strong recruitment experience in headhunting roles.
• Minimum 6 months of mapping experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with various job portals and techniques.
• Industry preference: FMCG/Non IT Startup.
• Preference to candidate worked with a start-up or family office.
• Adaptable to promoter-driven work culture.

Responsibilities
