Greythr is hiring a Stores Manager for its food manufacturing operations in Patancheru, Hyderabad. The role focuses on managing factory stores, inventory control, material receipts, storage, and issuance to ensure stock accuracy and timely material availability.

Required 4–8 years of experience in stores management within the food manufacturing sector and a degree. You will work with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily stores operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods, as applicable.
• Ensure proper stock records, inventory accuracy, and timely system updates.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Minimise material wastage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
