Responsibilities

• Manage daily stores operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods, as applicable.
• Ensure proper stock records, inventory accuracy, and timely system updates.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Minimise material wastage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
