Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock records and timely system updates.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, lots, and FIFO/FEFO practice.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts.
• Perform regular stock verification and reconciliations.
• Minimise wastage, pilferage and inventory losses.
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure timely material availability for production

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager from the food manufacturing industry to manage factory stores, inventory, material receipts, storage, and issuance while ensuring proper stock control and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stores operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods, as applicable.
• Ensure proper stock records, inventory accuracy, and timely system updates.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Minimise material wastage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.

Candidate Requirements

Compensation
