Adityaram Properties Private Limited is seeking a Store/Inventory Controller to manage stock across project sites and retail spaces, ensure accurate records, and drive compliance with safety standards.

You will coordinate material requisitions, obtain vendor quotes, track POs, and align with accounts for invoicing while supervising store staff and safeguarding daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Monitor stock levels, material consumption, and movement records across project sites or commercial/retail spaces.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy reporting.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, stacking, and safety compliance of construction materials or retail merchandise.
• Coordinate material requisitions with project engineers, site supervisors, or retail leasing teams.
• Assist in obtaining vendor quotations, tracking purchase orders (POs), and verifying delivery schedules.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and delivery challans in coordination with the accounts and finance department.

3. Site/Store Operations & Staff Management

• Lead, schedule, and supervise storekeepers,-helper staff, or retail floor teams.
  
• Oversee daily operational opening/closing protocols, facility security, and housekeeping standards.
  
• Track daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service levels, and cost-efficiency metrics.
  

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain digital/physical registers, ERP/SAP entries, and material issue/receipt slips (GRN/GIN).
  
• Ensure adherence to site safety rules, fire safety norms, and company audit guidelines.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly stock movement, consumption, and variance reports.
