Job summary

You will coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and RDC teams to ensure on-time model launches, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical engineering or production background with extensive planning experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or production.

Responsibilities

• Production planning of engines monthly, weekly and daily.
• Dispatch planning of engines monthly, weekly and daily.
• Production and dispatch of new engine models as per timeline.
• Dispatch of SPD components as per plan.
• ECN implementation as per R&D release memo.
• Component feeding to the assembly line and machine shop.
• Inventory management as per plant requirements.
• Annual stock taking and minimising variances.
• Safety grid review and PPE adherence to ensure zero accidents.
• Implementation of TMW and TMSW guidelines.
• Ensure all legal compliances related to stores.

• Ensuring of engines dispatchMonthly, Weekly and Daily.
• Ensuringof Production and Dispatch of new engines model as per timeline.
• Ensuring Dispatch of SPD components as per plan.
• Ensuring ECN implementation as per RandD release memo.
• Ensuring Component feedingto the assembly line and machine Shop.
• Ensuring Inventory Management as per plants requirements.
• Ensuring Annual stock taking and minimise variances if any.
• Ensuring Safety Grid Review and PPE adherence to Ensure Zero accidents.
• Ensuring implementation of TMW and TMSW guidelines.
• Ensuring all legal compliances to be met (Stores related)
