Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting for MEP packages, including RFQs and bid evaluations.
• Direct procurement of major MEP materials and systems from manufacturers/OEMs.
• Develop and maintain vendor/OEM relationships; negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
• Monitor procurement budgets, cost escalation, and value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, MEP, QS, Planning, Finance and Stores teams; ensure technical compliance.

Position Summary: The role is responsible for managing end-to-end MEP Contracts, Contractors Management, Direct Procurement, techno-commercial negotiations, and execution support for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

The candidate should possess strong experience in handling of the Following Contracts

• Internal & External Plumbing works
• Fire Stoppage for Electrical, Plumbing and communication shaft.
• Vertical & Horizontal PVC sleeves Works.
• HVAC High side & Low Side works
• Basement Pressurisation & STP Ventilations works.
• Chillers High side & low Side works
• VRV High side and Low side works
• AC copper Pipe Fittings works.
• Core Cutting works.
• Swimming Pools & water Bodies Electromechanical works.
• Rainwater harvesting works, Storm water Soil works.

The position requires expertise in procurement planning, contract administration, cost optimization, vendor development, and coordination with project execution teams to ensure timely material availability and successful execution for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Contracts Management:

• Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting process for MEP packages.
• Prepare RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, bid evaluations, and contract finalization.
• Review BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents.
• Finalize work orders and purchase orders with commercial and legal compliance.
• Should have Knowledge of NBC 2016, CPWD and construction by-laws.
• Should have hands on experience in High-rise residential, Retail, Commercial fit out, green field and LEED Certified projects with execution knowledge is an add on advantage.
• Hand-on experience in the Preparation of BOQs, BOM, Rate analysis, Budgets and Detailed cost plans of MEP packages
• Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and amendments.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Direct Procurement:

• Manage procurement of major MEP materials and systems directly from manufacturers/OEMs.
• Plumbing Materials Like PVC & GI Pipe Fittings, Valves, Water Meters, Pressure Reducing valves,
• HVAC High Side Equipment
• Composite pipe Fittings & Single Stack Systems
• Bathroom Accessories
• VRV High Side Equipment, Chillers,
• Exhaust fans, Swimming pool & water Body Tiles
• Develop procurement schedules aligned with project execution plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites without affecting construction progress.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

• Develop and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships.
• Conduct vendor evaluation, registration, and performance monitoring.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Identify alternate vendors and cost-saving opportunities.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Analyse market trends and pricing benchmarks.
• Achieve cost optimization through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Monitor procurement budgets and control material cost escalation.
• Support value engineering initiatives.

Coordination & Project Support:

• Coordinate with Projects, Design, MEP, QS, Planning, Finance, and Stores teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with consultant in line with project requirements.
• Resolve supply chain and contractual issues proactively.
• Participate in project review meetings and progress monitoring.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, approvals, and procurement records.
• Support internal audits and MIS reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in BOQ analysis and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of procurement planning and contract administration.
• Understanding of construction methodologies for high-rise buildings.
• Familiarity with IS Standards, NBC, and relevant MEP codes.
• Strong techno-commercial evaluation capability.
• Proficiency in:
