Job summary

Propel Industries in Coimbatore seeks a Manager / Sr. Manager International Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for global markets, focusing on leadership, specialist and critical roles across geographies and building pipelines to support international expansion.

The role reports to Head – Talent Acquisition and requires MBA/PGDM in HR with 10–15 years in Talent Acquisition, including 3–5 years in international/global recruitment; experience in manufacturing sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR / Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3–5 years of International / Global Recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, engineering, industrial, construction or mining equipment sectors is an advantage.
