Gates Corporation in India is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to design and drive a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with growth. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR / MSW / MBA (HR) from a reputed institution.
  • 10 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.
  • Proven experience in managing complex ER/IR environments and statutory compliance.
  • Experience Working In Matrix/global Environments Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.

  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage talent branding initiatives across professional networks, universities, and industry platforms.
  • Represent the company in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding forums.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

Master’s degree in HR / MSW / MBA (HR) from a reputed institution.

10 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in Talent Acquisition.

Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.

Proven experience in managing complex ER/IR environments and statutory compliance.
