Job summary

SV Management Consultants seeks an experienced automotive interiors specialist to lead projects on door trims and pillar trims. You will apply GD&T, tolerance calculations and part designs for plastic, rubber, and NVH components, while ensuring regulatory compliance for body systems.

CATIA-V5 design checks and leadership of a 10+ member team are key expectations. Ideal candidate will manage independent body-related projects, drive results, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience in passenger cars / automotive interiors door trims & pillar trims.
• Knowledge of plastic part designs, joineries, assembly and new technologies in interior trims.
• Strong GD&T and tolerance calculation skills; part locating strategies; manufacturing processes and designs for plastic, rubber, FRP, NVH and insulation parts.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements for automotive body system parts.
• Ability to check designs in CATIA-V5.
• Ability to lead independent body-related projects and deliver team output.
• Lead and guide a team of at least 10 members and be results oriented.

• Work experience in domain of passenger cars / Automotive vehicle - Interiors Door Trims & Pillar Trims.
• Knowledge of Plastic part designs, understanding of new technologies in Interior Trims , joineries methods, assembly process etc.
• Good understanding of GD&T, tolerance calculations, part locating strategy , Manufacturing process & understanding of designing of Plastic, Rubber, FRP, NVH & Insulation parts.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for automotive Body system parts
• Able to check the designs on CATIA-V5.
• Ability to handle independent Body related projects and responsible for individual team output.
