Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee HR teams at mining project sites and the corporate office. The role focuses on recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, HRMIS records, and statutory compliance across 25+ sites.

The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of HR experience in mining, with strong exposure to DGMS compliance, labour laws, and industrial relations, plus MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR/IR/Labour Laws.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of HR experience in the mining industry with strong exposure to statutory inspections and DGMS compliance.
• Experience in recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation and HRMIS records is essential.
• Experience handling labour laws and DGMS compliance, and industrial relations.

• Lead HR teams across multiple mining project sites and corporate office.

• Manage contract labour deployment, attendance and statutory compliances.
• Oversee payroll inputs, HR MIS and manpower reporting.

Job description

To lead HR teams across mining project sites (more than 25 running MDO & MO projects) and corporate office to achieve progressive development and growth. Our clients include PSUs of State and Central Government and reputed national & multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment support, on boarding, HR documentation and HRMIS records.
• Manage contract labour deployment, attendance and statutory compliances.
• Having Experience in payroll inputs, HR MIS and manpower reporting.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and site discipline.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs and support audits/inspections.
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws, CLRA Act and DGMS requirements.
• Handle labour inspections, audits, statutory authorities, legal cases and compliance closures.
• Manage industrial relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions and union handlings.

Qualification:

Full-time MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR / IR / Labour Laws

Experience:

• 10–14 years of HR experience in the mining industry with strong exposure to statutory inspections and DGMS compliance.
