Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation invites an experienced mining operations leader to head on-site project delivery and act as the single point of accountability. You will guide cross-functional teams across mining, mechanical, electrical, HR, safety, stores and accounts to meet production, quality, cost and safety targets.

You will ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and other statutory requirements while overseeing equipment availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deployment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mining/mechanical field.
• First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency preferred (Coal & Metal).
• 8+ years leading mining projects or large site operations.
• 15-25 years total mining experience.

• Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related discipline
• First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred (Both Coal & Metal)
• 8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations
• 15-25 years of total experience in mining

Candidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
