APL Apollo Tubes in India seeks a qualified Plant Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting, maintain the general ledger, vendor payments, GST & TDS filing, and payroll review. You will strengthen internal controls over inventory, stores, billing processes and material flow, and coordinate with auditors for closing activities.

The role requires expertise in plant cost sheet preparation, depreciation under Schedule II, and timely data sharing with HO.

Qualifikationen

• Well versed in Manufacturing Plant Accounting.
• Experience in scrutinizing general ledger, accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, vendor ageing, payroll review, etc.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including scrutiny of general ledger and accounts payable.
• Prepare Detailed Plant Cost Sheet and ensure timely GST & TDS returns and payments.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and MSME Act compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls over inventory, store spares, billing processes and material flow.

Work Profile as follows :-

1. Well versed in Manufacturing Plant Accounting
2. Managing day-to-day accounting functions including scrutiny of general ledger, accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, vendor ageing, payroll review etc.
3. Preparation of Detailed Plant Cost Sheet.
4. Preparation & filing of GST returns, TDS Returns along with timely GST & TDS Payments.
5. Timely vendor payments ensuring compliance of MSME Act.
6. Strengthen internal control over inventory, store spares, billing process, gate in and gate out of material etc.
7. Coordinating with internal and statutory auditor and ensuring closure of audit queries
8. Managing month end and quarter end closing activities, preparation of audit schedules for limited review audit
9. Reviewing price variance, stores & spares consumption and rejection on daily basis.
10. Leading in FA classification, capitalization, and depreciation calculation as per Schedule II of Co Act
11. Ensuring sharing of data to HO on timely basis
12. Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend cost-cutting measures.
13. Valuation of Inventory of RM, FG & Spares at Plant level.
14. Managing the physical Verification of Stock at plant at regular intervals.

Plant Accounting experience is must.
