POST A RESUME HR Consultancy seeks a seasoned Manager - Accounts to oversee accounting, tax filings, and financial control across a manufacturing setup with turnover over Rs 100 Cr.

The role requires leadership, strong MS Excel skills, and experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and finalization of books, with willingness to travel to Kadi/Ahmedabad as needed.

• Inter CA or equivalent with requisite skills will be considered.
• Periodic Visit to Ahmedabad Office.
• Experience in manufacturing industry for 8–10 years.

Mansioni

• Accounting and Compliances (GST / Income Tax / TDS).
• Preparation of GST and TDS return filing data.
• Independent finalization of company books and audits.
• Ledger reconciliation of customers and suppliers.
• Monthly book closure and MIS preparation.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
• Periodic Inventory verification.
• Bank & Branch reconciliations.
• Advance Excel and correspondence as needed.
• Approve Purchase orders after validation.

Brief Job Profile :

To manage the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and working capital activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial control across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities of Manager - Accounts :

• Accounting and Compliances (GST / Income Tax / TDS)
• Preparation of periodic GST Return filing data and TDS return filing data
• Working in manufacturing Industry with Turnover in excess of Rs. 100 Cr
• Worked on Tally and ERP (Other than Tally)
• Independent finalization Company books, Audit (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit etc.)
• Good understanding on processes and controls
• Periodic Inventory verification
• Bank & Branch reconciliations
• Monthly book closure and MIS preparation
• Ledger reconciliation of Customers and Suppliers
• Advanced Excel Knowledge and mail writing skills
• Thorough understanding of accounts matters
• Strictly questioning and understanding of the bills before entering into the system.
• Approval of Purchase orders after thoroughly checking the validity of the PO.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

Qualification & Experience:

• Inter CA or equivalent with requisite skills will be considered
• Periodic Visit to Ahmedabad Office
• Candidate having worked in a manufacturing Industry continuously for more than 5 years with overall experience of 08 to 10 years
