• Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow statements.

Role Overview

This position requires a detail-oriented finance professional to manage day-to-day financial records, ledger maintenance, and statutory compliance for a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will bridge core accounting functions with manufacturing-specific financial oversight, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth plant operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Accurately record daily financial transactions, sales, and purchases in the accounting software.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate client invoices, process vendor bills, and rigorously track accounts receivable and payable.
• Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with company ledgers to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Assist in the accurate preparation and timely filing of local taxes, including GST.
• Financial Reporting: Support senior management by assisting in the creation of monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Support: Organize and maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and invoices for seamless internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Commerce Graduate or Post-Graduate (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent finance degree).
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting and plant finance experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel; strong operational understanding of GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional integrity and detail orientation, paired with excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Hindi to coordinate effectively across plant and corporate teams
