Job summary

Green Evolve is seeking a Manager Spare Parts to oversee end-to-end component supply chain for our EV 3-wheeler fleet in Delhi. You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, develop suppliers, and manage reverse logistics for EV and mechanical components.

You will coordinate with service, procurement, warehouse, and dealer teams to ensure availability and meet targets, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts management.
• Experience in EV components or commercial vehicle fleets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast spare parts demand for dealer networks and fleet hubs.
• Plan and optimize inventory levels for EV components and mechanical parts.
• Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts across the service network.
• Develop and manage suppliers for Tier-2 spare parts and post-warranty vehicle requirements.
• Establish reverse logistics processes for battery diagnostics, warranty returns, and recycling.
• Monitor stock movement, ageing, availability, and inventory costs.
• Coordinate with service, procurement, warehouse, and dealer teams.
• Track and achieve spare parts business and operational targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
