Job summary

WIRTGEN INDIA Pvt. Ltd. in Indore invites an experienced Parts Sales professional to lead spares sales operations. You will develop forecasts, manage pricing and margins, and drive market share for the Parts business while ensuring timely customer service and accurate parts provisioning.

The role requires 10-15 years in similar roles, with a Diploma/Engineering Degree or MBA and age 35-40. You will coordinate with back-office teams to meet monthly targets and optimize stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales forecasts for the Parts business.
• Use Spares Application Knowledge and provide input on product enhancements to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain pricing and gross margins.
• Ensure market-share in Parts.
• Ensure Accurate Parts Projection.
• Estimate and analyze part potential.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to increase sales and profitability of the Parts business.
• Analyze sales statistics to support promotional activities.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Oversee proper handling and placement of used spares.
• Identify usable parts on machines purchased and enter into inventory per costing sheet.
• Provide professional service to customers and ensure timely part provisioning.
• Develop policies to liquidate non-moving stock.
• Counter/monitor spurious suppliers.
• Accounts Receivable Management.
• Lead and motivate spares sales teams in back office to achieve targets.

Scope Of Work & Accountabilities

• Implement and control the stripping and proper placement of all used spares.
• Identify all useable parts on any Machines purchased, or parts brought in and mark these to be entered into inventory according to costing sheet
• Ensure that all customers are being served in a professional timeous fashion and are being provided with the correct parts
• Developing policies/Strategies to liquidate non Moving stock
• Counter/ Monitor spurious supplier
• Account Receivable Management.
• Leading and motivating the Spares Sales teams in back office to ensure the right execution of the Spares sales target and documentation.
