Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to drive cost estimation, supplier negotiations, and price settlements for hydraulics, harnesses, and related parts.

The role requires APQP/PPAP fluency, SAP usage, and close collaboration with supplier QA to uphold quality and delivery standards. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on supplier management and cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, tooling and supplier price benchmarking.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes and timelines.
• Strong coordination with supplier quality teams to ensure quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, negotiation, and price settlement with suppliers for hydraulics, harnesses, rubber and plastic parts.
• Identify capacity gaps and support production upgradation at supplier end.
• Coordinate with supplier QA team to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
