Job Title: Manager (SLS) - Social Media and Content Coordinator

Job Location: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)

As a Social Media and Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing content creation, social media interactions, and ensuring a consistent brand voice. Additionally, you will oversee the utilization of Oktopost for content dissemination and manage associated licenses and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management on Social Media:
• Engage with our online community by actively liking, responding to comments, and fostering conversations.
• Develop and maintain a framework of standard responses to efficiently address common inquiries and comments.
• Content Discovery and Curation:
• Conduct weekly content scouting for relevant articles and materials through the Oktopost advocacy program.
• Curate engaging content that aligns with our brand values and interests of our audience.
• Oktopost Management:
• Manage licenses and oversee the onboarding process for Oktopost, ensuring smooth integration into our workflow.
• Copywriting:
• Craft compelling copy for social media posts, particularly for articles sourced through the Oktopost advocacy program.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communications.
• Facilitate the approval loop for articles, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Upload approved content to Oktopost for scheduling and dissemination.
• Design Preparation:
• Utilize Canva (online design tool) and PowerPoint to create simple yet visually appealing graphics and presentations.
• Willingness to undergo training to enhance design skills and proficiency in utilizing these tools effectively.

• Graduate (bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, particularly Oktopost, is preferred.
