We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,800 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-quality graphics service within the Sales Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The role will involve collaborating with Sales & Marketing representatives and assisting them with graphics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media content, branding materials, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand guidelines and specifications.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that exceed expectations.
Design Preparation by using Canva (online design tool) and PowerPoint to create simple yet visually appealing graphics and presentations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Graduate (bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro.
Well versed with Canva & power point.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous work.
Excellent understanding of social media requirements and formats.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
