Join the Credit Risk Technology team within our Risk Management Group and you will have an opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our team is composed of full‑stack engineers who have been covering reliability ourselves and now investing in a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) not only to execute but to define the practice.

In this role, you’ll help shape our approach to reliability by establishing observability (Grafana, Splunk), defining SLOs, and working with teams to proactively address risks. You’ll also support platform modernization through AWS infrastructure improvements, CI/CD enhancements with GitHub Actions, automation to reduce toil, and eventually contribute to capacity planning and deployment safety.
