Macquarie Bank Limited is hiring for a dynamic People and Culture technology team in Hyderabad. You will work as part of a global financial services group, collaborating with business and technology experts to enhance the HR-Reward platform and deliver enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

The role focuses on designing and delivering innovative solutions, with emphasis on scalable backend services, dynamic frontend work, and robust DevOps practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Proficient in developing scalable backend services (Java, Python, Node.js) and dynamic front-end applications using frameworks like React, Angular and Single SPA
• Experienced in creating RESTful APIs, contributing to microservices, and implementing serverless architectures for modular system design
• Experienced in integrating with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data management
• Adept in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Argo CI/CD, Bamboo, GitHub Action, Bitbucket), containerization with Docker, and deployments in Kubernetes or cloud environments
• Strong expertise in unit testing (JUnit), API testing (Postman), version control (Git), and maintaining clean, efficient code standards
