Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram seeks a Manager Settlement to lead end-to-end settlement operations in the financial services domain.

You will oversee equity and derivatives settlement processes and ensure timely reconciliation of funds and securities. You will coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NSCCL / ICCL / CDSL / NSDL settlement processes.
• Analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.
• Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.
• Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
• Implement process improvements and reduce settlement risks.
