is seeking an experienced Manager Settlement to lead end-to-end settlement operations in the financial services domain, focusing on equity and derivatives settlements. The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, First Class Graduation, and strong liaison with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations to ensure accurate reconciliations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of settlement operations experience in financial services, broking, or depository domain.
• First Class Graduate preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of equity and derivatives settlement processes and SEBI/exchange regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.
• Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.
• Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities daily.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
• Implement process improvements to reduce settlement risks.

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository domain.
