Job summary

Cogency Infratech is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive end-to-end procurement for large-scale real estate and construction projects in Mumbai. You will manage vendors, negotiate cost optimizations, and ensure compliance across POs, contracts and rate agreements.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in real estate/PMC/EPC procurement with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills. Collaboration with PM, Design, QS, Finance is essential for timely procurement.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience leading end-to-end procurement for large-scale real estate and construction projects.
• Develop procurement strategies, sourcing plans and procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Manage vendor identification, pre-qualification, RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Evaluate and finalize contractors and suppliers based on cost, quality, capability, capacity and delivery performance.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering and commercial negotiations to achieve project savings.
• Manage purchase orders, work orders, contracts, rate contracts and vendor documentation.
• Monitor supplier and contractor performance, delivery schedules, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Design, Quantity Surveying, Finance and Construction teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare procurement dashboards, MIS, spend analysis, vendor performance reports and management updates.
• BIG4 / Real Estate Consulting / PMC / EPC / Construction procurement experience preferred, with strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
