Job summary

Rcpc in Bengaluru seeks a Labour Resource Coordinator to monitor deployment, attendance and contractor performance on site, addressing gaps proactively.

You will resolve disputes between labour contractors and site teams, maintain records of agreements and rate contracts for reporting and audits, and mobilise manpower quickly through a trusted network of contractors and vendors.

Graduate or postgraduate in HR or Business Admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in labour deployment and contractor management.
• Record-keeping for audits and reports.
• Ability to mobilise manpower at short notice and manage vendor networks.
