Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to oversee employee relations, ensuring statutory compliance and welfare for contract labour across a large manufacturing setup.
The role requires coordinating with government bodies and internal departments to maintain harmonious industrial relations. The candidate should have 12–15 years in Employee Relations, with a Master’s degree in HRM/SW/Personnel/Labour Welfare and a preference for experience in big manufacturing

Ensure statutory compliance of labour laws & monitor the activities of contract labours to achieve harmonious and peaceful working climate.
Responsible to register, update & review all the contracts. Ensure the contract is legally registered and updated with the respective government bodies.
Ensure that canteen services are running smoothly without any interruptions.
Ensure hygienic environment, timely services to employees & availability of contractors and resources.
Ensure that right number of labourers are available to each department.
Responsible for smooth functioning of all the departments including canteen where contract labourers are been provided.
Co ordinate with supervisor of contract labours regarding welfare of the labours & with medical center regarding medical facilities for labours .
Liaise with government agencies to develop and maintain good relationship with government bodies such as Labour commissioner , Labour welfare board and law enforcing agencies.
12 o 15 years of work experience in Employee Relations
Any large size manufacturing organization
Masters in Human Resource Management / Masters in Social Work / Post Graduate in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare
