Job summary

Dignifyd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering for a leading healthcare organization.

You will manage month-end reporting, consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and lead annual budgeting along with rolling forecasts. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, plus ERP experience (Oracle or SAP), are essential for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5+ years of FP&A experience; healthcare or hospital finance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and P&L consolidation.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or SAP ERP.
• Experience preparing standardized management reports and HQ budget submissions.
• Understanding of hospital KPIs such as occupancy, ARPOB, case mix, and payor/insurance analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
