We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis. The role will involve working closely with business leaders and finance stakeholders to provide actionable insights, monitor financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, margins, and key financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Management Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Variance Analysis: Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Business Performance Monitoring: Track business unit performance, revenue pipelines, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Data Management: Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business teams to gather financial inputs, validate assumptions, and support financial planning activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline financial processes, and improve the accuracy of financial analysis.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial insights to support business decisions, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be a CA
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, or management reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
