Narayana Health is seeking a Finance Business Partner with 3–6 years of FP&A and healthcare finance experience to join its Bengaluru team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis to steer strategic decisions.

You will build financial models, develop monthly reports, and partner with clinical and admin functions to optimize profitability and efficiency across units.

Competenze

• CA/CMA/Semi Qualified/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or healthcare finance experience.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, SAP/Oracle, or other ERP/BI tools preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop monthly financial reports covering revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast and identify variances and trends.
• Prepare financial models for new services, capex projects, expansion plans, and initiatives.
• Partner with clinic operations, procurement/expansion, HR, and unit finance teams to improve performance.
• Monitor programme revenues, costs, manpower, and operating margins.
• Support pricing, payer/mix analysis, cost optimization, profitability initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Support monthly closing and ensure accurate management reporting.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-improvement areas.
• Maintain controls over planning assumptions, reporting processes, and models.
• Coordinate with IT for KPI automation; data orientation/analysis to drive insights.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have Fundamental Accounting Skill, Profitability Understanding & IFC tracking
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Develop monthly financial reports covering revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and key KPIs
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast and identify key variances and trends
• Prepare financial models for new services, capex projects, expansion plans, and business initiatives
• Partner with clinic operations, procurement/expansion, HR, and unit finance teams, other key departments to improve financial performance
• Monitor programme-wise revenues, costs, manpower expenses, and operating margins
• Support pricing, payer/mix analysis, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives
• Prepare dashboards and management presentations for senior leadership
• Support monthly closing and ensure financial data is accurately interpreted for management reporting
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for cost improvement
• Maintain strong controls over planning assumptions, reporting processes, and financial models
• Coordination with IT for automation of tracking KPIs
• Data Orientation/Analysis and Microsoft Excel Skills are must
• Co-ordination with respective department/People
• Experience in Retail/Healthcare Sector will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements:

• CA/CMA/Semi Qualified/MBA Finance or equivalent qualifications.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, or healthcare finance experience.
• Problem solving, Strategic thinking & quick decision making.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SAP/Oracle, or other ERP/BI tools is preferred.
• Healthcare/hospital finance experience will be an advantage.
• Affinity to work in team, Enthusiasm and Open-mindedness
