Job summary

Resonia is seeking a procurement professional in Gurugram, Haryana, to lead cost modelling and RFx-driven cost optimization for sub-station packages. You will evaluate bids from a TCO perspective and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to finalize price discovery and negotiations.

The role requires techno-commercial understanding of sub-station equipment, SAP MM familiarity, and end-to-end RFx management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation for sub-station packages.
• Understanding of RFx processes and price discovery.
• Knowledge of TCO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Should/Bottoms up cost modelling and estimation of cost based on BoQ for sub-station packages.
• Cost and Price analytics, trend assessment of commodities and its impact on cost scenarios.
• Vendor assessment and hand holding throughout vendor development process.
• Having techno commercial understanding of Sub-station equipment including suppliers eco system across high voltage rating.
• Complete understanding of RFx (RFP,RFQ, RFI etc) process and hands on experience on managing RFx end to end process (requirement consolidation till price discovery).
• Reviewing bids from suppliers from TCO perspective.
• Develop plan and preparation for strategic negotiation.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holder for closure of RFx process.
