Job summary

Rhenus Group in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will understand customer logistics requirements, propose Road Freight solutions, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and drive revenue, volumes, and profitability while coordinating with Operations and Pricing to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable Road Freight solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
• Achieve defined sales targets for revenue, volumes, and profitability.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up with prospects.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
• Monitor customer profitability and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and pipeline updates in the relevant systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial processes.
