Job summary

Talanton Solution in Delhi is seeking a Manager Sales/BD to drive new business development and meet revenue targets. You will acquire new customers and manage key accounts, while building relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers and traders.

Responsibilities include generating business in Air & Ocean Freight, Import & Export, handling quotes and tenders, coordinating with pricing, operations and customer service, and maintaining the sales pipeline and market updates.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
• Strong exposure to Air & Ocean Freight and B2B sales.
• Proven experience in NBD, customer acquisition and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
