Job summary

Flamingo Additives And Colourants Llp in Mumbai seeks a dynamic Sales & BD professional to identify, convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and revenues. You will sustain existing accounts, drive profitability across masterbatches and compounds, and cultivate strong customer relationships with timely support for trials.

Regional travel is required as part of the role to explore opportunities and build market presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Sales & Business Development experience in selling masterbatches and compounds to processors & convertors.
• Fluency in English and local language; Mumbai/Navi Mumbai preferred.
• CIPET /B.Tech/Diploma in Polymers, Plastics or related background.
• Proven track record in sales with industry connections and understanding of plastic processing techniques.
