Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru seeks a sourcing and procurement specialist to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions for sourcing and procurement or supply chain. You will create proposals, presentations, and value propositions to address client needs, and collaborate on RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing & procurement across strategic sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Hands-on involvement in RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
• Exposure to solution design / presales with hands-on involvement in RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
• Experience in category management, sourcing strategy, savings initiatives, or process improvement projects.

• Working knowledge of cost models, TCO, supplier evaluation, and productivity metrics
• Ability to support effort estimation, pricing, and commercial model development using benchmarks
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for solution decks, commercials, and proposal artefacts
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP-SRM
• Exposure to digital procurement levers including AI/ML, RPA, GenAI, and transformation initiatives (preferred)
