Job summary

Golden Opportunities seeks a senior procurement leader in Pune to own end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and S2P operations across direct and indirect spend.

Lead category management, contract governance, supplier onboarding, PO/invoice processing, and KPI/SLAs, while strengthening governance, risk controls, and relationships with senior stakeholders.

This role emphasizes automation and operational excellence using modern procurement platforms and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and S2P operations.
• Deep expertise across end-to-end procurement lifecycle: sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procure-to-pay.
• Proven category management and strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend.
• Hands-on vendor governance, onboarding, PO management, invoice processing, and billing operations.
• Skilled in service delivery with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments; adept at client relationships.
• Strong risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and audits.
• Leadership of large cross-functional teams; driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management; experienced with procurement platforms and reporting tools.

• 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.
• Strong expertise in managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Proven experience in Category Management and driving strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend.
• Hands-on experience in vendor governance, supplier onboarding, purchase order management, invoice processing, and billing operations.
• Strong background in service delivery, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments while managing client relationships.
• Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and handling internal/external audits.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders, supported by experience with leading procurement platforms and reporting tools.
