Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru seeks a senior procurement consultant with 10–14 years of experience to drive end-to-end solution design across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay. Qualifications

• 10–14 years of overall experience in Procurement Consulting, Solution Design, Sourcing Transformation, or Client-facing Advisory.
• Strong domain expertise across Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Catalog Management and indirect procurement.
• End-to-end solutioning covering process, people, technology, organization, governance, transition and commercial dimensions.
• Presales & consulting experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solution workshops, deal reviews and executive presentations.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing models, cost-to-serve analysis, savings logic and business-case thinking.
• Exposure to SAP, Coupa, Ariba, catalog platforms, analytics, AI-enabled workflows and integration solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement solution design for client engagements.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and conduct solution workshops.
• Present executive-level recommendations and business cases to clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive transition, governance and implementation roadmaps.

• 10-14 years of overall experience in Procurement Consulting, Solution Design, Sourcing Transformation, Managed Services Presales, or Client-facing Advisory.
• Strong Procurement domain expertise across Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Catalog Management, Supplier Enablement, Tail Spend, MRO and Indirect Procurement.
• End-to-end solutioning experience covering Process, People, Technology, Organization, Governance, Transition, and Commercial dimensions.
• Strong Presales & Consulting experience in RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solution workshops, deal reviews, client orals, and executive presentations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing models, cost-to-serve analysis, business case modelling, savings logic, productivity assumptions, and commercial constructs.
• Technology-enabled Procurement solutioning exposure across SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Catalog platforms, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and integration solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple solutioning deliverables, handle objections, and articulate measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication & analytical skills, including advanced PowerPoint/Excel, creation of solution narratives, value propositions, operating models, transition plans, and implementation roadmaps.
