Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Procurement Solution Architect to design and scale next-generation transformation solutions for global clients delivered from India. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement transformations across S2C, P2P, supplier management, and shared services, with emphasis on scalable operating models and AI-enabled procurement workflows.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in procurement, with preferred exposure to SAP Ariba and Coupa ecosystems, and experience across

Qualifications

• Senior procurement professional with extensive experience in transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience with Shared Services / GBS models and procurement technology ecosystems.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

The Procurement Solution Architect is responsible for designing and scaling next-generation Procurement transformation solutions for strategic global clients delivered from India.

Responsibilities: -

• Design end-to-end Procurement transformation solutions across: Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Procurement Operations, Shared Services / GBS models
• Develop scalable operating models leveraging India-based delivery capabilities
• Support transformation assessments, roadmap definition, and future-state operating models
• Translate client challenges into practical and scalable solutions
• Support the evolution toward AI-first Procurement operations by integrating: Automation, Analytics, AI-enabled workflows, Orchestration platforms and/or Procurement technologies.
• Support standardization and optimization of Procurement delivery models
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across engagements
• Drive scalable and efficient operational models
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
