Job summary

Green Leaf Consultants Kolkata is seeking a Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage RTA operations, ensure accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing process improvement.

You will coordinate between AMCs and RTAs, monitor regulatory reporting such as FATCA/CRS, support audits, and drive corrective actions for service quality and risk management.

Looking for a Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage and strengthen RTA operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, vendor management, branch support, and continuous process improvement.

Regulatory & Compliance Reporting & MIS

• Ensure operational processes at RTA comply with SEBI Regulations, AMFI best practice guidelines, and internal guidelines.
• Oversee and ensure timely regulatory reporting (standard & ad-hoc) including FATCA/CRS. this should include all regulatory reports of RTA ops.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure closure of audit observations within timelines.

RTA Operations & Co-ordination

• Liaison between AMC and RTA for all new regulatory implementations and new products/ features/ facilities.
• Analyse/ Review systemic issues, complaints, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
