Job summary

Oaklanecapital in Pune seeks a operations professional to manage the AMC’s interface with the Registrar and Transfer Agent, focusing on transaction processing controls and investor servicing.

You will monitor processing, perform unit capital reconciliation, track exceptions, and assist with new scheme readiness. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in RTA operations or related fields and demonstrate strong data sensitivity and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in RTA operations or mutual fund servicing.
• Strong process discipline and investor-data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operating interface with the RTA for subscriptions, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP transactions, investor servicing requests and statement/account-level operational matters.
• Monitor timely processing of applications, investor transaction data flows and unit allotment/redemption records.
• Perform unit capital reconciliation between internal records, RTA data and scheme accounting outputs.
• Track exceptions relating to rejected transactions, cut-off errors, reconciliation breaks, unmatched folios, stale requests and incomplete investor instructions.
• Support investor complaint resolution in coordination with RTA, Compliance and Investor Relations.
• Maintain reports and control documentation relating to transaction processing, turnaround times and reconciliation closure.
• Assist with new scheme launches and operating readiness from the RTA and transaction processing standpoint.
