Job summary

Finace Infosolution Llp is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage end-to-end mutual fund transaction processing in Mumbai. The role focuses on timely execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of daily operations, including reconciliations, MIS reporting, and strict adherence to SEBI and AMFI guidelines.

The candidate will coordinate with CAMS, KFin, and other partners, oversee onboarding processes and KYC/CKYC compliance, and handle escalations to ensure smooth investor

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions: purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, switches, and NFOs.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of investor transactions within defined TATs.
• Monitor daily operational activities and maintain high accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS & KFin Technologies), distributors, custodians, and banking partners.
• Handle escalations related to transaction processing and investor servicing.
• Oversee account opening, folio creation, nominee updates, FATCA, CKYC, and KYC documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of transactions, investor holdings, and bank accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
