Job summary

Findoc Investmart in Gurugram seeks an operations professional to manage end-to-end mutual fund back-office processes, including transaction processing, reconciliation, data management, and MIS reporting. You will coordinate with CAMS, KFintech, AMCs, NSDL, CDSL, banks and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 2–6 years of relevant mutual fund experience, strong Excel skills, stakeholder management abilities, and attention to detail, with SEBI/AMFI guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund, RTA, Wealth Management, Broking or Investment Operations.
• Hands-on experience with CAMS, KFintech, BSE Star MF, NSDL or CDSL.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, MIS and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NISM Series V-A certification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Job description

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end mutual fund back-office operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, investor and holding data management, MIS and reporting. The role will involve coordination with AMCs, RTAs, exchanges, depositories, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, resolution of exceptions, and compliance with applicable regulatory and internal guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mutual Fund Operations
• Process mutual fund transactions, including Purchases, Redemption, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, Switches, and NFOs.
• Handle Demat and Physical mutual fund operations, including redemption processing and related activities.
• Monitor transaction status and ensure timely processing and resolution of transaction-related issues.
• Manage investors, folios, transactions, and holding data with a high level of accuracy.
• Reconciliation & Data Management
• Perform regular reconciliation of transactions, holdings, AUM, investor/folio records, and client balances.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks and transaction exceptions.Perform data validation, quality checks, and sanity checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and circulate daily/periodic MIS and operational reports.
• Prepare transaction, redemption, SIP, holdings, and AUM-related reports for management and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data and highlight exceptions, discrepancies, and pending activities.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with CAMS, KFintech, AMCs, NSDL, CDSL, BSE Star MF, Banks, Exchanges, and other external stakeholders for operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance, Finance, Technology, Front Office, and Customer Service for smooth processing and issue resolution.
• Follow up on pending transactions, exceptions, and operational queries with relevant stakeholders.
• Client Onboarding & Compliance
• Support client onboarding and account-related operational activities.
• Handle KYC, FATCA, nomination, bank mandate, and other investor data updates.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with SEBI, AMFI, regulatory, and internal operational guidelines.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund, RTA, Wealth Management, Broking, or Investment Operations.
• Strong understanding of the mutual fund transaction lifecycle and Demat/Physical mutual fund operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as CAMS, KFintech, BSE Star MF, NSDL, CDSL, or similar systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, MIS preparation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet operational timelines.
• NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification will be preferred.
