Job summary

Inox Neo Energies Ltd in India seeks a senior Revenue Collections leader to design and oversee comprehensive collection strategies and KPI-driven collections programs. You will manage budgets and lead both internal and external collections teams to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies.

The role requires 8–10 years in collections within the renewable industry, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to report to CEO/CFO and collaborate with sales, legal, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years experience in a collection-related position in renewable industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies, set KPIs, manage budgets, and lead collections teams (internal/external).
• Oversee daily activities, manage payment cycles, reconcile accounts, track delinquencies, and handle complex billing issues (RA bills, retention).
• Streamline workflows, implement technology, ensure data accuracy, and enforce discipline (e.g., no dispatch without readiness).
• Generate dashboards, track aging reports, provide data-driven insights, and report performance to senior management (CEO/CFO).
• Ensure adherence to debt collection laws, manage legal escalations (arbitration), and maintain ethical practices.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, legal, and other departments; liaise with clients/government bodies for issue resolution
