Ind Swift Labs Limited in Derabassi, Punjab, seeks a Senior Manager – RM Purchase for its pharma formulation unit. You will own end-to-end raw material procurement for regulatory markets (USFDA/EU) with SAP HANA expertise, coordinating with QA, Regulatory Affairs and Production to ensure timely material availability.

The role prioritizes supplier development, contract negotiation, cost optimization and import documentation, with emphasis on DMF documentation, audits, and compliance to regulatory

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of core experience in RM procurement in pharma formulation manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to regulatory markets (USFDA/EU) - vendor qualification, DMF documentation, audit support.
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP HANA (procurement/MM).

Responsibilities

• Lead RM (API/excipient) sourcing and vendor development for regulatory markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and long‑term supply agreements with domestic and international suppliers.
• Plan RM procurement against production schedules, safety stock and lead times.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs and Production on vendor approvals and audits.
• Manage import documentation, customs coordination, and RM transactions/MIS in SAP HANA.
• Drive cost‑saving, alternate vendor development and vendor performance monitoring.

Hiring a Senior Manager – RM Purchase for our pharma formulation manufacturing unit at Derabassi. The role owns end-to-end Raw Material procurement for regulatory markets (USFDA/EU), with strong working knowledge of SAP HANA.
